1. Scope of Application

These conditions apply to all yoga courses, workshops, retreats, and online services offered via the website.

By booking a course, participants agree to these conditions.

2. Registration & Booking

Registration is binding as soon as it has been confirmed by email or via the booking system.

Spaces are limited and allocated on a “first come, first served” basis.

3. Payment

Course fees must be paid in advance (by bank transfer or other accepted payment methods).

4. Cancellations

Cancellations of a booked course by participants must be made at least 12 hours before the start of the course to avoid being charged.

No refunds are given for missed classes or late cancellations.

In the event of cancellation by the organizer (e.g. illness, insufficient participants), participants may choose between a refund or a credit.

All subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Health & Responsibility

Participation is at the participant’s own risk.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically and mentally fit for yoga.

Any health issues must be communicated to the instructor in advance.

The organizer accepts no liability for injuries or accidents.

6. Insurance

Health, accident, and liability insurance are the responsibility of the participants.

7. Changes to the Program

The organizer reserves the right to adjust course schedules, prices, locations, or instructors if necessary. All changes will be communicated.

8. Online Courses

Participants are responsible for a suitable environment, a stable internet connection, and the necessary equipment.

The organizer accepts no liability for technical problems on the participant’s side.

9. Data Protection

Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with Swiss data protection laws.

Data will not be shared with third parties without consent.

10. Copyright

Course materials, videos, and recordings remain the property of the organizer and may not be shared or copied.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies.
